PROJECTS OF 3 BASEMENTS

Brigade tech gardens

 It is a commercial project with a three basement, total quantity of 2lac cubic meters, work consisting various strata of soil, Soft Rock and Hard Rock.        The depth of excavation was about 12 meters of mass excavation (excluding the footing depth).Most of the work was done by Diamond Cutting and Compressor work.

Brigade Golden Triangle

  It’s a Commercial three basement project with different strata’s of various excavation items. The Mass excavations Depth was about 10m.total quantity of 90,000 cubic meters.

SBR Keerti

It is a triple basement project, the depth of excavation is around 12m of Mass Excavation and footings of their requirement. Total quantity of 65,000 cubic meters.  Note: We have carried out many two basement residential projects like SV legacy, SV Signature, Bren Imperia, Bren Starlight and Saroj Group residential project

Embassy Tech Village

It is a commercial project with a three basement work consisting of various strata of soil, and Soft Rock         The depth of excavation was about 11 meters of mass excavation (excluding the footing depth). With total quantity of 1, 20, 600 cubic meters.

Shilpa International School

It is an international school project with a single basement, work consisting of soil, soft rock and hard rock. Method is of excavation used is control blasting. All the above were 3 basements excavation works carried out by us.

Arvind Smartspaces Ltd – Arvind Edge

It’s a commercial project which consist of 4 basement, and the land mass is of soft rock and hard rock.
